How to enable Windows 10 Dark theme without any app

How to Turn on Dark App Theme in Windows 10

In the latest update of Windows 10 1809 added a  new personalization option is Dark Theme and when it is enabled all of your Windows 10 system related pages will be displayed with a dark interface instead of the typical bright white one. Dark mode paints Microsoft's apps black, including File Explorer, Settings and the App Store.
The benefit of a dark theme is that it actually uses less battery power than a light or white based theme does. Now you'll be able to turn backgrounds from bright white to black to make nighttime computing sessions easier on the eyes or just because it looks cool.

Follow the steps for setting up Dark Theme in Your Windows 10

To enable the Windows 10 Dark Mode, you need to go into the Colors settings screen. To do this you can either go to into Settings > Personalization > Colors  Menu search field as shown below and select "Color settings"

Simply select the "Dark" setting under "Choose your default app mode" and Windows 10 will immediately change the color scheme to the new dark mode theme as shown below.
